All orders made on this site are subject to these general conditions of sale. SAS National import Paris, RCS Evry 910 541 358, 13 rue Denis Diderot, 91150 Grigny France, reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale at any time, in this case the applicable conditions will be those in force on the site at the time of the command.
The customer
The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data that he provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, SAS National Import Paris cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. SAS National Import Paris reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a different country from the billing or delivery address.
Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The description of these products is provided by SAS National Import Paris to best satisfy the information of the Customer. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in the event of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the SAS National Import Paris guarantee of conformity which will proceed, if necessary, either to the exchange or to the reimbursement of the price (in whole or in part) possibly invoiced. The command
Taking an order on the Site involves different stages. The customer must imperatively follow these steps to validate his order. The customer has the possibility to check the details of his order and its total price. He can also correct any errors, before definitively confirming it. Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
SAS National Import Paris may refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or which contravenes the provisions hereof.
In this case, SAS National Import Paris will inform the Customer by e-mail. If the customer fails to proceed with SAS National Import Paris to correct erroneous or contrary elements to these general conditions of sale, SAS National Import Paris reserves the right not to process the order.
SAS National Import Paris will send confirmation of the registered order by e-mail. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for confirmation by SAS National Import Paris of the content of his order. In any event, invoices are submitted upon delivery by email.
Price
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs.
The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated at the bottom of the invoice.
SAS National Import Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the order, subject to availability.
Promotions can be stopped at any time and without notice, customers will not be able to claim it if it does not appear in the order form.
Payment method
The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payment for purchases is made either:
- By credit card. The Customer accesses a dedicated space made available by a banking institution, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order, so that the information transmitted will be encrypted and that no third party will be able to read it. In this respect, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the products ordered.

Registration
The data recorded and kept by SAS National Import Paris constitutes proof of the order and of all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. A duplicate of this data may be communicated by email on simple request from the customer.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the customer or of any other natural person of his choice residing in the agreed geographical area.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address.
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.
SAS National Import Paris cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.
The risks are borne by the customer from the moment the products leave the premises of SAS National Import Paris. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Withdrawal
The individual Customer benefits from a right of withdrawal of fourteen clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning new products at his expense (in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unused). washed) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are all products made to measure or having a particular color other than the original one.
Repayment
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by SAS National Import Paris within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by it of the said products in the original packaging. The refund will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of a voucher or to be applied to another product.
The price of the port will be deducted automatically whatever the amount.
Applicable right
Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the court of Evry (France) will have sole jurisdiction. In the event of a difficulty or complaint when placing an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
Computing and Freedom
The information collected during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of SAS National Import Paris involved in the execution of the order.
