For France, the shipping price is a flat rate and depends on the weight of the package.
For countries within Europe, the price is calculated based on the weight of the package.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include an additional cost for certain items (this additional cost is indicated in the product sheet). We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order.
To make a claim regarding an item damaged during transport, we recommend contacting the delivery person with your reservations or requesting that the package be opened for inspection.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you MUST notify us by email at info@joesmotorpool.fr of your decision to withdraw from this contract, specifying the order or invoice number.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition, without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract to the following address:
